- 1 bunch carrot, cleaned and sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine
- 3/4 cup milk
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 glaze the onion in butter.
- 2 add the carrots, the milk and some pepper (to taste).
- 3 leave to simmer on medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring from time to time.
