- 250 g cream cheese
- 250 g mascarpone cheese
- 250 g creme fraiche
- 2 eggs
- 250 ml sugar
- 80 ml amarula cream liqueur
- 200 g peanut brittle
Recipe
- 1 cream the eggs and sugar, combine with rest of the ingredients and whisk until well blended.
- 2 pour into a glass bowl and freeze for 2-3 hours.
- 3 serve with extra amarula cream and peanut brittle.
