- 1 1/2 cups water
- 4 black tea bags
- 2 garlic cloves, cut in half
- 1/2 small onion, chopped
- 6 peppercorns
- 1 inch fresh ginger
Recipe
- 1 remove the strings form the bags, or use loose tea in cheese cloth.
- 2 place all ingredients in a small sauce pan. bring to a boil.
- 3 reduce heat. simmer 15 minutes.
- 4 strain.
- 5 allow to cool.
