Ingredients
- 1 quart fresh strawberries
- 2 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 1/2 whipping cream
Recipe
- 1 wash and hull strawberries, then puree them.
- 2 in a small sauce pan combine cream and sugar, cook until sugar has dissolved.
- 3 cool cream mixture and add strawberries.
- 4 place cooled mixture in ice cream machine, and freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
