Spinach & Artichoke Dip

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach (thawed and well drained)
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 cup of shredded monterey jack cheese (divide in half)
  • 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese (divde in half)
  • 2 tablespoons tabasco sauce, sause

Recipe

  • 1 melt butter in a pan, add onion and cook until soft. (about 5 min)
  • 2 stir in spinach, artichoke, cream cheese, sour cream, 3/4 cup of monterey jack cheese and 3/4 cup parmesan cheese, tabasco and some salt to taste.
  • 3 stir until well blended and pour in a 1/2 quart casserole dish and top with the remaining monterey jack and parmesan cheese and back at 350 for about 10 min till cheese melts.
