Iced Peach Mint Tea

Ingredients
- 4 cups boiling water
- 1/3-1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, crushed
- 4 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 4 tea bags
- 1 -1 1/2 cup peach nectar (to taste)
- fresh mint sprig, for garnish
Recipe
- 1 crush mint leaves with sugar and lemon juice; pour boiling water over mint leaves and tea bags.
- 2 let steep to desired taste; drain tea bags.
- 3 mix in peach nectar.
- 4 pour over ice in tall glasses and garnish with fresh mint.
