Ingredients

- 5 lbs potatoes
- 1 onion
- 3 eggs
- salt and pepper
- oil (for frying)
Recipe
- 1 peel and grate potatoes and onion
- 2 squeeze out in cheesecloth until only a stiff dough remains.
- 3 add eggs, salt and pepper, mix well.
- 4 form into balls and fry 2-3 minutes on each side, in hot oil.
