Maple- Nut-raisin Muffins

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon bisquick baking mix
- 1 teaspoon soft butter or 1 teaspoon margarine
- 2 cups bisquick baking mix
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon maple extract
- 1 egg
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 400°f.
- 2 grease bottoms of 12 muffin cups with spray or shortening or you can use paper baking cups.
- 3 in a small bowl mix the topping ingredients and set aside.
- 4 in a large bowl stir the muffin ingredients until just moistened.
- 5 spoon evenly in muffin pans
- 6 sprinke with topping.
- 7 bake 15-18 minute or until golden brown.
- 8 cool slightly and remove from pan to cooling rack.
- 9 serve warm.
