Donna B's Meatballs

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs hamburger
  • 4 ounces hot sausage, without casing
  • 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup romano cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 loaf italian bread, cubed
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 to start soak the bread in milk or water enough to cover it.
  • 2 mix the hamburger, parsley, italian seasoning, pepper, salt, hot sausage, cheeses, eggs and garlic (all ingredients except bread and bread crumbs).
  • 3 squeeze out the water or milk and add to the other ingredients.
  • 4 then add the bread crumbs,1 cup at a time until mixture holds its shape.
  • 5 form into balls and put into a preheated 400 oven for about 20 to 25 minutes.
