Dr. Oz Green Smoothie

Total Time: 9 mins Preparation Time: 6 mins Cook Time: 3 mins

Ingredients

  • 3/4 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 10 green grapes
  • 3 orange slices
  • 3/4 cup kale
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 pear
  • 1/3 cup ice
  • 3 tablespoons water

Recipe

  • 1 cook kale in pot until tender, about 3 minute remove and rinse under cold water until cool to touch.
  • 2 while kale cooks prep other vegetables and fruit.
  • 3 peel the pear.
  • 4 place all items in blender and blend to taste.
