Ingredients

- 2 lbs red potatoes
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- black pepper, to taste
Recipe
- 1 peel and quarter potatoes.
- 2 place in saucepan.
- 3 cover potatoes with water.
- 4 bring to a boil.
- 5 lower heat and cook until potatoes are soft.
- 6 drain.
- 7 mash potatoes gradually adding cream, butter, salt, and pepper.
