Easy Rhubarb Jam

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 cups rhubarb, cut fine
  • 2 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 (3 ounce) box strawberry jell-o gelatin dessert

Recipe

  • 1 cook rhubarb and water till boiling.
  • 2 add sugar.
  • 3 let mixture come to a rolling boil.
  • 4 boil 2 minutes, stirring often.
  • 5 add jello and stir well.
  • 6 remove from heat.
  • 7 when mixture is almost cool (fruit won't come to the top), put in small freezer containers or small margarine containers.
  • 8 freeze some and keep rest in refrigerator.
